Ruby version missmatch #180

Thanks for your work! I'm trying to setup the template and been stumbling over a mismatch in the ruby version I'm supposed to have installed. The GitHub readme.md file says Ruby >= 3.2, but the Wiki says: Check for Ruby:

ruby -v

*NOTE: This should be >=2.4 and < 3.0!
