Implement a quick reply form, similar to 4chan-x. It should be a feature that can be toggled on/off in the settings.

I'm working on this at the moment. It already works but it's a bit clumsy, some things must be refactored which is why this takes time.

1st version done, but it needs refinement so I'm keeping this issue open.
