Second chance pool also resets comment created times #54

I saw this happen on https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=27632949 - it went through the second chance pool and made it to the homepage, which reset the two existing comments from the day before to look like they had only just been added (the comment by aliasEli and my reply to it).
