document config setting equivalent for MINIO_STORAGE_CLASS_STANDARD #1349

The reference docs for MINIO_STORAGE_CLASS_STANDARD say there's no configuration setting, but there is:

mc admin config set ALIAS storage_class standard=EC:2

Some other envvars on this page say the don't have a config setting option, maybe those do also?
