Populates Join Us page and replaces https://github.com/moj-analytical-services/data-engineering-and-modelling-applicant-info
Links to the other pages in the handbook instead of duplicating the info
Adds a new team structure page, explaining how we fit into data directorate and split DMET into portfolio teams
Update eleventy config file to copy .png images to site see ticket
