As developers, we need the ability to control data catalogue search behaviour so that we can provide a consistent approach to our users and adapt to any changes that they may need as the catalogue grows.
Value / Purpose
The ability to search and easily locate data assets in the catalogue is a critical component to the overall success of the project. By controlling the search behaviour through the customised search configuration, we can make changes based on user feedback more readily when required and negate potential negative consequences of underlying code changes.
