Monitor for operating systems no longer in support #7769

User Story

As a MP engineer I want to monitor the versions of operating systems - eg RedHat, Oracle Linux, Windows So that I can warn application teams that their operating systems are out of date It also gives us details of all the versions in use on the platform. For now this will be output as a file/report - but later we will want to make it available on a dashboard

Value / Purpose

Follow on from https://github.com/ministryofjustice/modernisation-platform/issues/7189

This story would involve writing a script that can scan member environments to see what operating system they are using and determine whether or not they are still in support.

This could be a lambda script rolled out to the baseline that alerts MP (or the member directly).
