We've done an audit of all external links on CAIT and some were outdated or broken.
This first round it is about getting rid of some unnecessary redirections (like http to https) and updating some links with their new targets when external sited changed the links taxonomy.
Also fixed broken PSU link (it is now Support Through Court).
