[mic v1] - step2 -Write the input and outputs files in the MIC.yaml #146

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The reprozip config file has there keys related to the files

outputs: The outputs file inputs_outputs Inputs and outpus merged other_files Files. It can be a system file, input or output.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Obtain the outputs from outputs key.
  2. Obtain inputs from inputs_outputs (remove the outputs)
  3. Obtain inputs from other_files (remove the files outside /tmp/mint and outputs)
