Copy/Fill for water extractors

For me, this does not seem to work. Is this intentional or will this be updated in future versions?

I got reports of it crashing when copying water extractors, but a few days after the update someone told me it only crashed because of the pipe connected to it. I can't update it now to undo the change, because I'm in the middle of rewriting it in c++, which will fix all buildings
