Clean $HOME

Several files/directories need to be relocated in compliance to XDG Base Directory, cause clean home is nice.

Apparently there's not much I can do about .xsession-errors and .dmrc, since lightdm hardcodes them. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lightdm/+bug/1001035

Gave up on vim and moved to neovim, I don't use it extensively so there's no down sides for me.

Also moved bashrc back to ~/.bashrc, I couldn't get it to work by default
