Pinky Swear Settlement and benchmark fixes (Fixes #28) #31

I copied and pasted the code from #28 and fixed it up so it would work with everything else, wrote tests for it, and added it into cxbenchmark.

I also fixed some directory issues in the wallet setup, and fixed the benchmarks.
