  2. Incorrectly marked as Phishing
  3. Nothing known about the domain on Phishtank or OpenPhish?

This domain seems rather suspicious to me,first, ther are no secure connection (SSL) second it is redirecting to the spyware domain akamai of you actually even gets connected

Openphish FP (6/19/22), probably because you used a stolen Citibank logo, thus confusing their detection engine. See https://urlscan.io/result/0bfd697a-0d38-4843-a0c5-1cafcf8e73e2

@spirillen it is not stealing your credentials or credit card details, so this is not a phishing site. It may still be unsafe or spyware or a scam, but not phishing.
