Importing mkdocs setup from bastionlab #147

Description

Transfered the changes of BastionLab's mkdocs setup to BlindAI's.
Reorganised the index quick and dirty so it works with that setup but this will need to be completely reworked later of course.

How Has This Been Tested?

This was tested with mkdocs serve

IMPORTANT

Check that the links to the examples (Resnet etc) really work. I can't find the files in the documentation files?
