Add search/filter field to the payload section. #3055

What problem are you trying to solve? Please describe.

When creating abilities, it's hard to find the required payload.

The ideal solution: What should the feature should do?

It would be perfect, if the payloads were sorted by name, and would have a filter field with name search.

What category of feature is this?
