Remove former development raise in segmentation #441

This raise seems to have been introduced as you worked on migration ( https://github.com/mittagessen/kraken/commit/90865c2a3266e8da93da5d03bf89e7c8fbce1730 ). This currently breaks segmentation if a single line goes wrong.

I proposed the PR directly, as I was working out the code. If this "bugfix" makes sense, I wouldn't be against a hotfix release :)

I'm furiously trying to get the CI to build anaconda packages again (it works on my system but the action throws an error deeming the recipe to be unresolvable). Once I get that done (or I have given up) I'll tag a new release with these bug fixes.
