I just noticed today 5/20 that when I try to download a video from a profile or a story it takes forever, like over a minute at times.

Edit, it looks like Instagram is restricting video download to 32KB/s

Which browser are you using? Have the same in Firefox, no problems with Edge.

Having the same issue. Firefox has a huge delay, Chrome downloads instantly but it's incredibly slow.
