ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in H264Packetizer$SimpleFifo read #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use VLC Player to Connect to spydroid
2. After about 2-3 secs client Connected,Spydroid crashes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r143,android 3.2

Please provide any additional information below.
1.not happen every time, but very often.
2.spydroid in asus tf-201,VLC player in win xp

Same problem here.
Running r145 on Nexus 7 tablet (with Android 4.1)
