Issues with the Arabic RTL version #8451

The Arabic RTL version of Mixxx suffers some issues:

Deck 1 is right but the play button is left, Crossfader has hamster style
Arabic numbers in spin boxes are mixed with european numbers in comboboxes.
Open beakets "(" are european and closing beakets are arabic "("
An ellipsis is placed on the left even if the title is cut on the right in the library.

I would say Mixxx is unusable in Arabic.

IMHO the Skin part of Mixxx should not be rendered RTL, since all controllers have a LTR layout.

Do we have contact to RTL language users/translators? We may encourage them to point out the most annoying issues.
