Improve media widnow on Windows

I could not really test on windows, but I suppose it is already better than before.

• Install dependencies
• Reduce size of Main Window
• Change initial size and position of main window
• Add menu entries to toggle full screen
• Remove not closable tag from main window
• Add menu to move main screen around displays
