Add additional Grenzgletscher boreholes from ryser2013 #91

Boreholes ll5, ll9, l5, f5, f9, and f12 in ryser2013 have profiles that have not yet been digitized. See figures 3 and 4. Check for duplication with eisen2009. See also https://www.hfsjg.ch/reports/2011/pdf/203_Bauder_GG_f.pdf#page=2.00

Upon closer inspection, only ll5 was missing, which I've added along with missing borehole attributes in these two papers. I did not try to match the profiles in https://www.hfsjg.ch/reports/2011/pdf/203_Bauder_GG_f.pdf#page=2.00 to one of the three boreholes drilled in 2010, as the figure only goes to 100 m and those boreholes were all much deeper.

@mjacqu Where did you get the "published" elevations for eisen2009 and ryser2013? I find no mention of borehole elevations in these texts. Some elevations could be digitized from ryser2013 Figure 5 and 6.
