Video Speed Controls #5

Rather than having to right click the video, it would be nice to have speed control buttons.

Could also have 4X speed just for the fun of it :)

I'd like you to consider adding in a 3x speed for the lectures that are incredibly slow. But on the other hand, it might just clutter the UI.
