3) Volunteer section, it needs to have one more date field. In my opinion, it should have 2 different date fields:
a) the date field that parents will fill out along with the hours and description. The date will represent the day that they are actually doing their volunteer time.
b) the date field that is a timestamp of the day parents log their hours. The parents do not need to see this one, just a record for Sarah to see.
