In the Crackoff Diagram, Is it worth adding examples in the Diagram as to what is not allowed? Example: Having someone start out of bounce or over the Crackoff line?

Do you think it should go in the Crackoff Diagram section or the Crackoff Line Rule section?

This issue made me notice another issue: #5 Crackoff Line Rule makes it sound like each team has a separate crackoff line. Hopefully the change I proposed in that issue will also help clarify this.
