hrefs don't work with IPv6 #294

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use IPv6 address to access server
2. Attempt to use href(s) via IPv6
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should work the same way it does when using IPv4

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Windows 7.

Version 39.0.2171.65 m

Google Chrome is up to date.

It's not working for me either with IPv6 IP when I click on the href link. 
Works fine with IPv4 IP.
