Fixed dymo-label package no longer working.

Description

Changed the CDN used to get the dymo label exe

Hi @rutgermade

Unfortunately, merging this would not fix it on the CCR. Nor will automatic updates work. I need to look into automatic updates a bit before I can add the changes required to make the package work again.
