project does not build #55

I checked out the trunk, cd'ed to the root directory of the project, launched 
ant and I get a bunch of error codes. There seems to be a few hard-coded 
paths. Attached the output.

Yes, there are hard-coded paths. The build file is currently only for internal 
use.
