Predefined query are not unique #69

When you have more than one Google Code Repository, you cannot use the same 
predefined query for multiple repositories. I suggest to postfix them.

Looks like 
http://code.google.com/p/googlecode-mylyn-connector/issues/detail?id=75 is a 
duplicate of this.
Code for a solution is posted there. As workaorund you can rename the created 
query in the task list later.
Better solution than postfixing or prefixing (see 75) is to allow any name to 
be set on creation, with the "canned version" as default.
