Roboform toolbar broken #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Any upgrade from 21 makes the toolbar disappear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
22 beta 4 on Win 8

It's being reviewed at the moment. The only change is the fix for a breaking 
change that occurred between FF versions 21 and 22.
