[FEATURE] Increase description length #596

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Description field max length is too restrictive (20 characters). We could increase to something more sensible (good options are 256, 1024, etc. Define later the desired length).

Thanks for suggesting this feature! It would be great if we could increase the length for dataset.location as well, as 20 chars is a bit limiting when there are multiple locations.
