To get the build to work with markdown files I brought over from the main project I had to add them to the filter in the Makefile. However, I didn't want to have to filter every file, so moved the install files to a folder and I'm excluding that instead.
I found that you can seem to use :link: in a regular context - you can only use that on a card. Since none of this stuff is documented anywhere, I'm not sure of the impact of this versus using a full link.
