Remove nicknames #4

I found that the various packages in clml are using nicknames which are too common, e.g. :util or :csv. This is not a good idea because it would prevent the interoperability with the other utilities.

Nicknames have now been removed along with a fair bit of rework of the system definitions. I've been meaning to get rid of nicknames fo a while now. I do appreciate the homework you did for me it was very helpful.
