error: "No data creation info provided! (please report this bug)" #297

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open a particular ontology, eg., http://mmisw.org/orr/#http://mmisw.org/ont/mmi/authority . The metadata section is displayed by default, ok. But do not expand the data (contents) section

  1. Click "Edit new version" and continue with "in-place" editing
  2. Click "review and register" What is the expected output? Regular review and option to continue with actual registration of the new version (note that no changes are needed to trigger this bug) What do you see instead? A dialog with: error: "No data creation info provided! (please report this bug)"
