ORR allows white space in acronym #304

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start the creation of a vocabulary or mapping ontology

  1. indicate an acronym having white spaces
  2. click "review and register" What is the expected output? Either some error message indicating that while spaces are not allowed, or replace white spaces with underscores, or do not accept white spaces in the corresponding field. What do you see instead? White spaces silently accepted. The ORR allows to complete the registration but later on the entry won't be visible because of error to load it, caused by the white space.

Fixed.

The rule, which also applies to the authority abbreviation, is now: The value must start with a letter or underscore and be only composed of letters, digits, underscores or hyphens, and contain at least one letter or digit.
