Parenthesis now retained. Implemented in ORR Portal 2.0.45 (201405300118)

What capability do you want added or improved? allow parenthesis in term identifiers, eg., (E)-3-Methyl-2-undecene Where do you want this capability to be accessible? in the voc2rdf module Other details of your desired capability? currently, parenthesis are replaced with underscores, but keeping them should be OK as they are valid URL characters. What version of the product are you using? ORR Portal 2.0.43 (201402221119) Please provide any additional information below (particular ontology/ies, text contents of vocabulary (voc2rdf), operating system, browser/version (Firefox, Safari, IE, etc.), screenshot, etc.) Main motivation for this is the attached GRIIDC vocabulary, which (after some encoding issues are resolved) we will eventually incorporate into the ORR.
Note that a more general handling would involve international characters and things like that; for now, as a step, just allow parenthesis.
