metadata fields not updating on ontology upload

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Upload new ontology (not by editing, just by submitting the whole file)

2. Look at the metadata fields What is the expected output/behavior? Metadata fields should match the information in the ontology What do you see instead? Metadata fields are blank What version of the product are you using? (You can see the version at the bottom of the ORR page.) ORR Portal 2.1.1 (201408221430 If relevant, please attach the file you were working on (for submission of new ontology, text for import in the vocabulary interface, etc.). If possible and relevant, please provide a screen shot showing the problem. Regarding the original problem of the ontology-uploading tool forcing one to enter required metadata manually: I found a work-around that achieves my goal of not having to copy and paste or type things on the UI (hence minimizing manual errors):

• The first time the ontology is created/uploaded, enter dummy text (single characters are the easiest) on the required fields
• Finish that initial creation
• Edit new version
• Select to upload the same ontology file; in the appropriate menu, select to replace all values with the uploaded ontology. Finish.
• Ta-da! Your ontology now reflects the uploaded rdf, and all the values entered manually via the online form are gone.

Fixed. The metadata retrieved from the uploaded file were not transferred to populate the forms in the wizard sequence. New version: 2.1.2.

Tested with the file provided by Emilio via email, mmiorr_ont_odm2_actiontype.rdf. Some screenshots attached. Final registrations skipped as there's already a submission with the intended URI.
