Similar to #242 , add an option to the admin interface to mark/unmark the displayed ontology as "testing".

Note: in general, better ontology status handling, including testing status, is a long standing issue #279 .

Deployed: ORR Portal 2.2.1 (201502010215)

Button label is "Mark as 'testing'" or "Remove 'testing' mark" depending on the case. In both cases ORR prompts for a confirmation.
