Refactoring to extract some general stuff from OrrClientImpl into new OrrClientImplBase
New OrrClientImpl2 for the implementation against orr-ont (still incomplete)
good testing of traditional ont-based portal (after the refactoring).
development of new implementation can continue and be tested with a separate deployment
where the interim flag OrrClientFactory._361 and config parameter orr-ont.service.url are set,
(the new specific config parameter is needed as multiple deployments of the portal on the same machine will be using the same config file.)
