Experiment removing Freemius opt-in screen #264

Removed it on August 20th 2021. (Relevant code is in pmb_fs and \PrintMyBlog\system\Activation::detectActivation()) I plan to leave it like this for 2 weeks to see if it has any impact on active install growth
