Acceptance: There is an UI where the user can select and start his workout. A background task for tracking is started #7 . User should be taken to the tracking UI

Starting the workout is possible on the workout screen. This screen is only available on feature/tracking for now but works fine. Hitting the start button starts the tracking procedure. Can be closed.
