I had to install python3-pyinotify on Debian 10 so that ./development_server.py would be able to import pyinotify and run

It still wont work as-is afaik, because a few things need to be adjusted for tornado v6 changes.

ok...hmm....well somehow I have been able to use it...or at least partially able to use it...enough to visit localhost:9000 and select a plugin and send it to my modduo. Though I was never able to get the screenshot/thumbnail feature working.
