HttpsTransportSE slow response or timeout #182

Hello,

I'm using HttpsTransportSE for calling webservices. Repeatedly calling web 
service which needs for reply 1-2s. Then there is a call which requires 30-45s 
or return timeout(set on 45s). This problem occurs only on 3G signal on WIFI 
works perfectly.

How much SoapObject(request)？

Depending on the situation 5-20. On the 3G response time is 1-2s (for 90% 
calls), the 10% calls requires 30-45s or return timeout. Currently im using 
ksopa2 2.6.0, i try with 3.2.0 there was 70/30% calls successfully.

I have a similar problem. Getting response from service takes >30 minutes. Any 
progress about that ?
