Ability to "save report as" in Icarus

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From the Report menu and Project Explorer/Reports be able to do a "Save 
Report As".
2. Expect to be able to specify the format as we do for "View Report As"
3. Expect to be able to pick the directory and filename for where the 
result should be saved to disk.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.0 build 313. Vista 32
