Mk. 8 Smelter runs faster than its set for

An maximum overclocked Screw Maker making iron screws requires 3750 iron ingots a minute. When I first build a Mk. 8 Smelter and set it to produce 3750 iron ingot a minute, everything works just fine. But some time after (maybe when I relog or just hours later, it starts to produce much more than that. Even if I turn it down to 1%, it still produces the maximum amount. Replacing the smelter is only a temporary fix.

Made a system in the game using (1) Mk. 8 Miner, (6) Mk. 8 Smelters and (6) Mk. 8 Constructors. Everything is connected using Mk. 10 Conveyor Belts. Everything is overclocked at 250%. The assignment is to make Iron Plates.

The first problem is I have 3 belts running ore into a Large Industrial storage) so I can pair the 3 incoming belts with 6 outgoing belts. Now each of the Mk. 8 Smelters at 250% require 7500 ore (times 6 smelters is 45000 ore per minute which is 15000 more than the Mk. 8 Miner will provide). Yet the storage is completely full of ore and the inputs of each smelter show 499/1.

The second problem is each smelter is supposed to be producing 7500 iron ore ingots per minute and the constructor requires the same 7500 ingots, but is not receiving that much (actually the constructor is starving for ingots). If the smelters weren't shown to be getting enough ore to produce the required ingots I could have easily sent additional ore to the Large Industrial, but this isn't the case (hence the bug).

Now eventually the requirement for iron plates was filled and the whole thing backed up (so sending you the saved game wouldn't show you these mathematical issues), but you can easily produce the same system above (with the plates being sent to a awesome sink) and see for yourself the same results.

i remember i cretae a bam recipe for iron plate in the constructor did you use it ?

The only recipe in the Mk. 8 Constructor (haven't unlocked any other recipe (yet)). Takes 3 iron ingots to make 2 iron plates (overclocked at 250% its 7500 ingots for 5000 plates).
