Add an option in Admin Panel to Delete command send by Users. #19

I need to the bot to delete all the command send to it and show only the output. Like.

.gif Hello
<Some Gif>

The bot should delete .gif Hello and only the output should be shown. Like. <Some Text> It would be really good if the bot had this option.
