Set encoding-type and encoding-version for 'var' in exported AnnData #106

This is related to #105. AnnData >0.8.0 requires encoding-type and encoding-version to be set. This PR sets them for feature names.

Hello - sorry to bug but is there a chance someone would be willing to look at this PR? It's a bugfix designed to make seurat-disk compatible with the latest python AnnData package.
