When moving to the next chapter in forms, you are not redirected to the top of the page

What version of EMX2 are you using (see footer) v11.27.1

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://emx2.dev.molgenis.org/catalogue/tables/#/Resources and log in as admin
2. Click on the + sign to make a new entry into the table
3. Fill out the required fields with test data
4. Press next to go to the next chapter
5. See error: you are not starting at the head of the form, but somewhere in the middle.

Expected behavior I would expect to start at the top of the form when moving to the next chapter.
