Network logo placement in small screen UI

What version of EMX2 are you using (see footer) v11.28.0

Describe the bug The network logo is displayed centrally at the top of the screen, covering up part of the ribbon.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://data-catalogue-acc.molgeniscloud.org/testCatalogue/ssr-catalogue/testNetwork1/variables'
2. Resize the window to trigger the small-screen layout
3. See error

Expected behavior The network logo is in a place where it doesn't cover up the ribbon.
