Separating settings to use Apple Pay in different places.
Background:
Apple Pay direct feature flag controls, both the checkout and in the PDP. Customer want to be able to have Apple Pay just enabled in the checkout and not in the product page.
Requirements:
As a merchant admin I should be able to enable the feature flag to show apple pay just in the PDP
As a merchant admin I should be able to enable the feature flag to show apple pay just in the the checkout
As a merchant admin I should be able to enable both feature flags to enable Apple pay in both areas
