Layout

[x] Remove/hide track name section from TabMenu while editing zones
[x] Hide zoning toggle behind sv_cheats
[ ] Group region dropdown with properties (style?)
[x] Move Delete button to tracklist tree. Shown next to selected item.
[x] Move Add button to tracklist tree in context (Bonus below last track, segment in Main, etc.)

Localization/Naming

Overhaul changes:

Under the hood (engine)

[x] Local zones
[ ] Detect official zones and prompt copy
[x] Render zones while editing, set active on exiting edit
[ ] Modify validation logic for local zones (allow no end zone, etc.)
[ ] Display corner coordinates in-world
[ ] Point / Edge selection
[ ] Point / Edge highlight
[ ] Delete point (Backspace / Delete)
[x] Only display 3D crosshair when placing points

UX

[ ] No start or end zone from scratch
[ ] Inline add zone button should show "Create start zone" before any zones are made
[x] Jump straight into placing start zone for new segments or new bonus tracks
[x] Jump straight into setting height after confirming corners
[ ] Increase / decrease grid size (default binds [, ])
[x] Remove dependence on selection for adding zones

UI

[ ] Remove points textentry view
[ ] Try to cram all region properties in one window (no tabs)
